1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Account" refers to a player account registered on the ipk777 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free funds or promotional benefits granted by ipk777 to players subject to specified conditions.

2 Player Eligibility

3 Account Registration

The account registration process at ipk777 is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ipk777 platform are carried out subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. ipk777 does not charge any processing fee for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used to make the deposit. ipk777 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Funds in an ipk777 account do not earn interest and may only be used for gambling purposes within the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ipk777 are subject to the following specific conditions:

• The Welcome Bonus of 200% up to RM300 is given to new players who make their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Another example: Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Balance RM700 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
• Players are eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account closed.
• ipk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the wagering requirement has been met.

6 Player Conduct

Players are required to comply with the conduct standards set out while using the ipk777 platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Committing any form of fraud, including providing false information during registration or during the identity verification process.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or games involving multiple players.
• Using automated software, bots or any technical tool designed to give a player an illegitimate advantage.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs or inconsistencies within the platform.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Attacking, threatening or insulting ipk777 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in the following actions being taken by ipk777 without prior notice:

• Temporary suspension or permanent closure of the player's account.
• Cancellation of all bonuses and winnings obtained through activities that breach these terms.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

7 ipk777 Rights and Responsibilities

ipk777 holds the following rights in the management of its platform and services:

• Closing or suspending accounts of players suspected of breaching these terms without any obligation to provide detailed reasons.
• Rejecting or voiding any bet that has been accepted due to a technical error or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Modifying betting limits, game rules and commission structures at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Suspending games or platform access for scheduled maintenance or in the event of a technical emergency.

• Processing all valid deposit and withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in Section 4.

8 Liability Limits

ipk777 will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of expected profits, revenue or savings.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the platform's control, including network outages, natural disasters or third-party failures.
• Any losses arising from the use of information provided on the ipk777 website for investment purposes or financial decisions.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account information with another party.

9 Responsible Gambling
